Each of our bridal accessories is handmade to order especially for you in our Home Studio in Dudley, West Midlands, United Kingdom.
You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks (this may be a little longer for International orders due to delivery times, contact us via contact page for more information.
Lead times for bespoke orders vary depending on the design and sourcing of materials.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

IGaccessory cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered.
We cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to us. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our studio, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.
I need my item urgently! Would you be able to ship to me quickly?
Please message us before ordering to let us know your order is urgent, your country and date needed by.
We will give you an estimate of a delivery date available at that time.
For UK customers Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am will guarantee your item is with you for next day after posting and gives peace of mind when you have a tight deadline - message to arrange before purchase as there may be a small extra charge.
For International customers we can offer Express Delivery with Parcelforce Worldwide, your item is will reach you in 2-3 working days, but please contact us before you submit your order and we will update the shipping method.
